Despatch Times & Shipping Charges

Despatch Times
We endevour to despatch non-personalised goods within four to seven business days of receipt of order, however, during periods of heavy demand, such as Christmas, this may take a little longer. Personalised items may take between six and 14 business days to despatch. If we expect your order to be delayed more than our stated despatch times or if we are out of stock of an item you have ordered, we will let you know as quickly as possible.
 
Please tell us in the "Additional Information" section at checkout if your order is required by a certain date and we will do everything to meet the date. Obviously, we cannot do this when we are closed for holidays and when our workshop is closed for maintenance.
 
Please note: business days do not include weekends or UK Bank Holidays.
 
Kiss The Cook can now despatch to almost anywhere in the world! Your shipping charges will appear in your basket when you choose the country or zone for delivery. See below for shipping costs.
 
 
Important Information regarding UK Delivery Charges 
  • Orders below £16 will incur a standard delivery charge of £2.95
  • Orders above £16 and below £125 have a standard delivery charge of £3.95
  • Orders above £125 and below £200 have a standard delivery charge of £7.95
  • Orders above £200 and below £300 have a standard delivery charge of £10.95
  • For orders above £300 - please contact us for a quotation
  • We will use FedEx or Royal Mail as appropriate

Please note that most UK deliveries will require a signature. Your goods will be delivered by FedEx (mainland UK) or Royal Mail. (Single items are normally despatched by Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery.) In the UK, Royal Mail will only keep Special Delivery or Recorded Delivery items for a maximum of five to seven days before returning the package to us. If this happens, we will have to charge you again to re-deliver your goods - so please don't ignore  Royal Mail's card if you are not at home when the postman calls! 

If your delivery is made by FedEx and you are not there, a card will be left and you have the option of arranging another time for the delivery to be made or made to a different business address (perhaps you would like it delivered to your work address). You might, instead, wish to collect your package from the nearest FedEx depot - details on the card left by FedEx. Returned orders by FedEx, due to non-collection or failure to contact FedEx regarding delivery will require further payment to re-despatch.
 
To ensure that you receive your goods, please provide a delivery address where you know that there will be someone available to sign for your package - this may be your work address or your husband's/boyfriend's/girlfriend's/mum's address.
 
Important Information regarding International Delivery Charges for orders with a value of less than £200 (please contact us for a delivery quotation if your order exceeds this amount)
  • Within the European Union (EU) - UK postage charge PLUS £5.00
  • Outside European Union but within Europe - UK postage charge PLUS £6.50
  • United States, Australia, Canada & New Zealand - UK postage charge PLUS £7.50
  • Rest of The World - UK postage charge PLUS £15.00
Where possible, international deliveries will require a signature. We reserve the right to cancel orders to countries that are prohibited by the UK government and/or Royal Mail. Returned orders, due to non-collection or other reasons will require further payment to re-despatch.

Local Taxes & Import duties
