Payment
Ordering from Kiss The Cook is easy! Just choose your items and quantities and pay for your shopping with PayPal or most of the major credit and debit cards through RBS Worldpay. Both are secure payment facilities as we have no access to your password or card details. Whatever payment option you choose, you will be re-directed to either the PayPal or RBS Worldpay secure site to complete the transaction.
We can also accept payment by UK bank cheques, but you will need to contact us first at sales@kissthecook.co.uk . Please remember that cheques may take up to ten days for clearance and we cannot despatch goods unless funds have been cleared.
 
Personalised and/or Monogrammed Items
You can enter the details on the product page. Each item that can be personalised or monogrammed will have a maximum amount of characters (including spaces) that can be embroidered and this amount is stated beside the panel. The amount of characters will vary from item to item as it will depend entirely on the typeface and/or the design as to how much space is available. As we use circular hoops for embroidery, the largest area is the centre of the design, so personalisation at the top or bottom of the design is limited, even though it may look as though there might be plenty of room to embroider the name you require!
Please carefully check the spelling of the name to be embroidered because we can't be held responsible for your mis-spellings.
 
Worldwide Delivery
Our website is now set up to accept orders from almost anywhere in the world. All you have to do is choose your country when you proceed to checkout and delivery costs will be calculated for you. You can see full details of our delivery charges in the "Delivery Charges" section. Please remember that outside the EU, you may be liable for import duties and taxes for which you are responsible.
