Despatch Times

Despatch Times
 
We endevour to despatch non-personalised goods within four to seven business days of receipt of order, however, during periods of heavy demand, such as Christmas, this may take a little longer. Personalised items may take between six and 14 business days to despatch. If we expect your order to be delayed more than our stated despatch times or if we are out of stock of an item you have ordered, we will let you know as quickly as possible.
 
Please tell us in the "Additional Information" section at checkout if your order is required by a certain date and we will do everything to meet the date. Obviously, we cannot do this when we are closed for holidays and when our workshop is closed for maintenance, see below.
 
Please note: business days do not include weekends or UK Bank Holidays.
 
Holidays & Workshop Closures
 
When we are closed for holidays or workshop maintenance, we will state this in the "Important Information" box at the top of our home page and every product page and tell you when we will re-open for business.  You may still order during these closures, however, we will be unable to deal with your order until we reopen. Please be aware that our despatch times will only come into effect from the date of re-opening. Also, we cannot respond to emails when the workshop is closed but we will respond as soon as possible when we re-open.
