Despatch Times

Despatch Times
 
We endevour to despatch non-personalised goods within four to seven business days of receipt of order, however, during periods of heavy demand, such as Christmas, this may take a little longer. Personalised items may take between six and 14 business days to despatch. If we expect your order to be delayed more than our stated despatch times or if we are out of stock of an item you have ordered, we will let you know as quickly as possible.
 
Please tell us in the "Additional Information" section at checkout if your order is required by a certain date and we will do everything to meet the date. Obviously, we cannot do this when we are closed for holidays, see below.
 
Please note: business days do not include weekends or UK Bank Holidays.
 
Holidays
 
When we are closed for holidays, we will show a scrolling message in red on the shopping basket stating the period we are closed and also when we will re-open for business. We will also tell you that we are on holiday on our homepage. If you order during this holiday period then we will be unable to deal with your order until we return. Also, we cannot respond to emails when the office is closed for holidays, however we will respond as soon as possible on our return.
