Please note that all UK deliveries will require a signature. Your goods will be delivered by FedEx (mainland UK) or Royal Mail. In the UK, Royal Mail will only keep Special Delivery items for a maximum of five to seven days before returning the package to us. If this happens, we will have to charge you again to re-deliver your goods - so please don't ignore your postman's calling card!
Where possible, international deliveries will require a signature. We reserve the right to cancel orders to countries that are prohibited by the UK government and/or Royal Mail. Returned orders, due to non-collection or other reasons will require further payment to re-despatch.
